About Me: My journey to Yoga started when I realised I wanted something more meaningful than "Gym, Sleep, Eat, Repeat;" something that helped me fully understand my body and the strength I possessed. I was lucky enough to complete my 200hr YTT in Goa, India.
My Vinyasa classes are accessible to all levels, whether you're a seasoned Yogi or exploring for the first time. I'll help you to feel comfortable moving slower in order to fully understand different poses or create space for you to increase intensity.
About Me: Hi! My name is Josie and I’m a long-time lover of both movement and stillness. I'm certified as a USAG gymnastics coach and RYT200 Yoga Instructor, and I love to use my knowledge of muscular anatomy to design creative Vinyasa flows that intentionally target a certain part of the body, whether it be to build strength, flexibility, or release tension! I believe that Yoga should be accessible for all skill levels, so in my classes you'll often find a range of variations to both increase and decrease the difficulty-level of postures.
About Me: My class is based on sequencing that allows you to feel a deeper connection with your body, breath, and emotions. I will guide you through a flow that is adaptable and provides variations that range from accessible to challenging. Grateful to embark on this journey with you!

About Me: I was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt with a professional background in dentistry where I operated my own dental clinic. My yoga journey began as a recreational runner in 2012 where the need to stretch after each long run was met by one of my friend's yoga sessions that were customized for runners. These sessions enabled me to counter balance the stiffness caused by long runs of hour or more. My 200 hour RYT certification is a culmination of my passion for yoga and my desire to take my commitment to the next level.
About Me: My name is Ryan and international yoga teacher that has been teaching yoga for 6 years. I spent two years teaching in Southeast Asia and Morocco. In 2020 I started teaching in Central America.
As a lifelong athlete, I discovered yoga at the end of college and it was instrumental in healing my injured lower back and it has continued to transform my life on every level ever since. So now my life is dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga I received with everyone else. whether it's your first class, or you been practicing for years I offer something for everybody.
I started practicing yoga 10 years ago and than I stopped to start again three years ago. Loving it, I later made the decision to become an instructor and I'm now a certified Hatha yoga teacher. I love the concept of mindfulness and I'm certified in mindfulness as well.
Approaching Yoga late in life is also something I hope to pass on by saying that if you want, everything become possible and 'late' is a limiting word so please, instead you can use: "It's about time!"
After experiencing challenging events, passing from dreams realization to therapeutic artistic expression, from exploring pleasure, stimulation, anxiety and drugs to illness and witnessing death... I questioned myself and opened up to alternative medicine. Since then, I've aspired to continuously learn about the whole human experience without judgement. Traveling through nearly 20 countries where I've lived, taught, explored and studied... I've adapted to a holistic nomadic lifestyle in the past 8 years.
I have had the privilege to meet guides and professors from across the planet, and am profoundly inspired by music, movement, yoga philosophy, integrative medicine and holistic lifestyles. I now teach all over the world, sharing my love for many yoga and passion for life with everyone she meets.
I'm a maker and a mover from the Southeastern United States. I’ve lived an athletic and outdoors life, from soccer and cycling to hiking and paddle boarding, I’ve put in the miles, soaked in the sun, and been honored to witness the power of nature in its many forms. I came to yoga 11 years ago and have found infinite depth from its practice. Since that time, I’ve taken my practice with me all around the world. My yogic background has roots in the classical alignment of Hatha yoga but investigates contemporary influences like modern dance, mobility drills, and primal, creative, somatic movement. My sequences are established in offering the essential elements of classical postures and allow for creative expansion. I’m passionate about yoga as a technology; something we can use as a tool for cultivating a deeper presence and life experience.
I’ve always loved being outside and active. I feel engaging in a variety of activities is good for a healthy mind and body. If you move in different ways, you can keep your body supple and flexible. Pilates is a great compliment to your fitness mix, combining total body strength and flexibility. I focus my Pilates classes on developing core strength and body alignment. I hope my students develop an awareness of alignment and posture and incorporate this throughout their daily life and activities. Join me on a mindful journey.
